With our food trucks, we want to share our passion for authentic Asian flavours, inviting everyone to savour our delicious Dim Sims and Dumplings that we locally hand make ourselves to ensure they are rich in taste and to the best quality.
Together we have found our passion for cooking.
Shumei grew up in Shenyang, north of China, a region renowned for being the dumpling capital of China.
Shumei and her five sisters are natural at cooking, and they all have a passion for great tastes in food.
